Meet Louisa
Louisa Colmore Hurst is the artist behind Louisa Guild Jewelry, a collection of hand-sculpted pieces rooted in soul, story, and the natural world. Raised on a farm in the North Georgia Mountains, Louisa grew up surrounded by creativity, family, and the quiet magic of the outdoors.
With a background in interior design and years spent working with clients across residential and commercial spaces, Louisa eventually followed a pull back to her hands. Guided by her mother and sister, she began sculpting—and never looked back.
Today, Louisa creates from her studio in Chattanooga, Tennessee, turning personal history, found objects, and natural forms into jewelry that feels both grounded and elevated.

The Process
Each piece begins as a hand-sculpted original, shaped by Louisa using the ancient Lost Wax method. Designs are then cast in bronze or jeweler’s brass, and finished with 14/20 gold-filled chains and findings.
Gemstones used are precious or semi-precious, selected for their beauty and energy. Many pieces feature natural elements like teeth fossils, antlers, and porcupine quills—raw, wild materials that carry their own story.
Wearers are invited to let their pieces evolve. Keep them polished to a high shine, or let the brass patina with time—either way, they’re designed for years of wear.
